When contacting the Division of Transportation Services via telephone, callers will be greeted with a voice recording. If you know your party's extension, you may dial it at any time to eliminate the need to listen to the entire recording.
It should also be noted that the Division also has the option for our citizens to place service requests via our website, by clicking the Service Request button located throughout our pages.
Citizens may find this method of contact more useful and convenient for routine requests such as Right-Of-Way (ROW) mowing requests, sod replacement, etc., especially during times of high call volume (during or after heavy rainfall or storm event; on Mondays due to the weekend; or opening of office after a holiday).
