Limited Driver License services are available for U.S. Citizens at the Spring Hill (Forest Oaks) Branch Office. Per statute, an additional $6.25 is charged on each transaction.

Driving tests available on Wednesdays by appointment only. To make an appointment please visit www.flhsmv.gov

  • Driver License clearances; D6, Financial, Child Support, Non-compliance school, etc.

Services not offered:

  • Non-US Citizen DL/ ID card
  • Medical Waiver
  • CDL w/Hazmat


Beginning January 1, 2010, Florida will have new documentation requirements for residents renewing or obtaining a new driver license or identification card. For office visits, you must bring original documents that prove your identity, social security number and residential address.
