Information
Collected and Stored Automatically
When you visit Hernando County’s web site, the Web server automatically collections
certain data such as the Internet domain and IP address from which you accessed the

terms of this agreement or otherwise. This agreement will terminate immediately
without notice from THE Hernando County Government and the Technology Services
Department if in sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of
this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this
site and any and all other Hernando County Government and the Technology Services
Department site (s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this
agreement or otherwise.
IV. DISCLAIMER
The materials presented in www.co.hernando.fl.us are provided "as is" and without
warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible
pursuant to applicable law, Hernando County Government and the Technology Services
Department disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Hernando County and the Technology Services Department, without giving effect to any
principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be
unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed
severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability
of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties
relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing,
