eAR 2011

Pursuant to Florida Statutes1, Hernando County is currently reviewing and evaluating the performance of its Comprehensive Plan and is required to produce an "Evaluation and Appraisal Report” ( EAR). In 2010 the County identified five major issues to examine in its Comprehensive Plan. These issues were discussed at public workshops. The resulting recommendations are presented in the draft EAR document. The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on the document on July 11, 2011.  To download the draft EAR document, click on the icon below:
