Celebrate the Summer with great music, food, beer, wine, craft & art vendors, raffles & drawings... and support Cystic Fibrosis. Location: Lake House: 1202 Kenlake Avenue, Spring Hill, FL 34606. Cost is only $5. for adults - under 12 free.

We can no longer accept applications via fax or email. There is not enough time for mailing the tickets to your home. If you have not purchased you tickets please visit our Brooksville office - 205 East Fort Dade Avenue (1 block No. of the county courthouse) - 8am - 5pm. As of Tuesday, tickets are still available for both evenings! Any questions call: 352-754-4031.
