WHEREAS, Hernando County has adopted zoning regulations pursuant to Chapter 163 and Section 125.01(1)(h) of the Florida Statutes which authorize the County to regulate the use of land in the unincorporated areas of Hernando County, Florida, and;
WHEREAS, The Hernando County Board of County Commissioners conducted a duly advertised public hearing on October 8, 2003, to consider requested changes in zoning on specified parcels in Hernando County, Florida.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:

PURPOSE: Rezoning from AR-2 (Agricultural-residential) to PDP (HC)/(Highway Commercial) with a reduction in setbacks and a deviation from the parking requirements with performance condition(s) as enumerated in the staff results memo.

LEGAL
DESCRIPTION: Lots 31 and 32, Chris Morris Trailer Park, an unrecorded subdivision, located in a portion of Section 35, Township 22 South, Range 20 East, Hernando County, FL
ACTION: The Hernando County Board of County Commissioners, after public hearing, approved the rezoning as stated above subject to the conditions set forth in the BCC Meeting Results Memorandum and which is incorporated herein by reference.
