WHEREAS, Hernando County has adopted zoning regulations pursuant to Chapter 163 and Section 125.01(1)(h) of the Florida Statutes which authorize the County to regulate the use of land in the unincorporated areas of Hernando County, Florida, and;



WHEREAS, The Hernando County Board of County Commissioners conducted a duly advertised public hearing on January 9, 2002, to consider requested changes in zoning on specified parcels in Hernando County, Florida.



NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:



APPLICANT: Jack Melton Family, Inc. FILE NUMBER: H-01-64



ACTION: Master Plan Revision, including a rezoning from AG to PDP(HC), a modification of land area, relocation of the frontage road and addition of lots and conditional plat for SR 50 Commercial with performance condition(s) as enumerated in the staff results memo.

LOCATION: South side of SR 50, approximately 1500' west of I-75
