WHEREAS, Hernando County has adopted zoning regulations pursuant to Chapter 163 and Section 125.01(1)(h) of the Florida Statutes which authorize the County to regulate the use of land in the unincorporated areas of Hernando County, Florida, and;
WHEREAS, The Hernando County Board of County Commissioners conducted a duly advertised public hearing on January 9, 2002, to consider requested changes in zoning on specified parcels in Hernando County, Florida.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:

ACTION: Rezoning from C-2 and C-4 to PDP(GC) with specific C-2 uses with performance condition(s) as enumerated in the staff results memo.
