WHEREAS, Hernando County has adopted zoning regulations pursuant to Chapter 163 and Section 125.01h of the Florida Statutes which authorize the County to regulate the use of land in the unincorporated areas of Hernando County, Florida, and;
WHEREAS, The Hernando County Board of County Commissioners conducted a duly advertised public hearing on February 1, 2000, to consider requested changes in zoning on specified parcels in Hernando County, Florida.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:
APPLICANT: Melba E. Hill et. al. FILE NUMBER: H-00-03
ACTION: Rezoning from PDP(GHC) and (MF) to PDP(GC) with specific C-2 uses with performance conditions(s) as enumerated in the staff results memo.
LOCATION: North side of SR 50, approximately 650' west of Sherman Hills Boulevard
DESCRIPTION: A portion of Section 32, Township 22 South, Range 21 East, Hernando County, FL
ADOPTED IN REGULAR SESSION THIS 1ST DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2000, AND EXECUTED THIS 2ND DAY OF FEBUARY 2000.
