WHEREAS, Hernando County has adopted zoning regulations pursuant to Chapter 163 and Section 125.01h of the Florida Statutes which authorize the County to regulate the use of land in the unincorporated areas of Hernando County, Florida, and;

WHEREAS, The Hernando County Board of County Commissioners conducted a duly advertised public hearing on November 1, 2000, to consider requested changes in zoning on specified parcels in Hernando County, Florida.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:

APPLICANT: The School Board of Hernando County FILE NUMBER: H-00-47

ACTION: Amendment to a Public Service Facility Overlay District for a Transportation Center and Educational Facilities, namely modification of previously approved access points with performance condition(s) as enumerated in the staff results memo.

GENERAL

LOCATION: Approximately 1300' north of Spring Hill Drive, west side of California Street, south side of Powell Road

LEGAL

DESCRIPTION: A portion of Section 13, Township 23 South, Range 18 East, Hernando County, FL

ADOPTED IN REGULAR SESSION THIS 1ST DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2000, AND EXECUTED THIS 2ND DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2000.
