WHEREAS, Hernando County has adopted zoning regulations pursuant to Chapter 163 and Section 125.01h of the Florida Statutes which authorize the County to regulate the use of land in the unincorporated areas of Hernando County, Florida, and;

WHEREAS, The Hernando County Board of County Commissioners conducted a duly advertised public hearing on January 4, 2000, to consider requested changes in zoning on specified parcels in Hernando County, Florida.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:

APPLICANT: Vance and Laurie Wilder FILE NUMBER: H-99-62

ACTION: Rezoning from C/PDP(SF) and (landscape) to PDP(OP) with performance conditions(s) as enumerated in the staff results memo.

LOCATION: West side of Mariner Boulevard, south side of Madiera Street

LEGAL

DESCRIPTION: Lot 1, Block 519, Spring Hill, Unit 9, and Tract C, Spring Hill Unit 9, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 38 - 53, of the Public Records of Hernando County, FL all in Section 19, Township 23 South, Range 18 East

ADOPTED IN REGULAR SESSION THIS 4TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2000, AND EXECUTED THIS 5TH DAY OF JANUARY 2000.
