RESOLUTION NUMBER 99-11

 

WHEREAS, Hernando County has adopted zoning regulations pursuant to Chapter 163 and Section 125.01h of the Florida Statutes which authorize the County to regulate the use of land in the unincorporated areas of Hernando County, Florida, and;

 

WHEREAS, The Hernando County Board of County Commissioners conducted a duly advertised public hearing on February 2, 1999 to consider requested changes in zoning on specified parcels in Hernando County, Florida.

 

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:

 

APPLICANT: Hernando County Board of County Commissioners

FILE NUMBER: H-99-3

 

ACTION: Rezone from R-1C to PDP/HCD with specific C-4 uses for light and heavy wholesale and storage establishments and light and heavy construction service establishments; and a public facility overlay district for a public works compound as enumerated in the staff results memo.

LOCATION: South side of Summit Road, approximately 700 feet west of Main Street

DESCRIPTION: A portion of Section 27, Township 22 South, Range 19 East, of Hernando County, Florida
