WHEREAS, Hernando County has adopted zoning regulations pursuant to Chapter 163 and Section 125.01h of the Florida Statutes which authorize the County to regulate the use of land in the unincorporated areas of Hernando County, Florida, and;

WHEREAS, The Hernando County Board of County Commissioners conducted a duly advertised public hearing on July 7, 1998, to consider requested changes in zoning on specified parcels in Hernando County, Florida.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:

APPLICANT: Suzanne E. Olsen FILE NUMBER: H-98-37

ACTION: Rezoning from C/PDP(SF) to OP with performance conditions(s) as enumerated in the staff results memo.

LOCATION: South side of Spring Hill Drive, approximately 1000' west of Anderson Snow Road

LEGAL

DESCRIPTION: Tract B, Spring Hill, Unit 24, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 53-60, Hernando County, FL in Section 22, Township 23 South, Range 18 East.

ADOPTED IN REGULAR SESSION THIS 7TH DAY OF JULY, 1998, AND EXECUTED THIS 8TH DAY OF JULY, 1998.
