WHEREAS, Hernando County has adopted zoning regulations pursuant to Chapter 163 and Section 125.01h of the Florida Statutes which authorize the County to regulate the use of land in the unincorporated areas of Hernando County, Florida, and;

WHEREAS, The Hernando County Board of County Commissioners conducted a duly advertised public hearing on January 7, 1997, to consider requested changes in zoning on specified parcels in Hernando County, Florida.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:

APPLICANT: Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. FILE NUMBER: H-96-35

ACTION: Rezoning from AG to C/PDP (GHC), and to include increase in sign height with performance conditions(s) as enumerated in the staff results memo.

LOCATION: East side of I-75 approximately 1000 feet south of Cortez Blvd

DESCRIPTION: A portion of Section 5 and 6, Township 23 South, Range 21 East, Hernando County, Florida
