WHEREAS, Hernando County has adopted zoning regulations pursuant to Chapter 163 and Section 125.01h of the Florida Statutes which authorize the County to regulate the use of land in the unincorporated areas of Hernando County, Florida, and;

WHEREAS, The Hernando County Board of County Commissioners conducted a duly advertised public hearing on September 9, 1997, to consider requested changes in zoning on specified parcels in Hernando County, Florida.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:

APPLICANT: Richard Matassa and Frank Favaro FILE NUMBER: H-97-26

ACTION: Rezoning from C-1 to C-2 with performance conditions(s) as enumerated in the staff results memo.

LOCATION: East side of US 19, south side of Osceola Drive

LEGAL

DESCRIPTION: Lots 7 - 11, Block L, Highland Lakes Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 42, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida

ADOPTED IN REGULAR SESSION THIS 9TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1997, AND EXECUTED THIS 10TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1997.
