Set somewhat of a time certain in utilizing publication of the report that was due out, the recommendations from the consultant, that within 30 days of the publication of that document, the Board meet to make a decision as to when the referendum should take place and a determination as to the language that should be contained therein, within a 30-day period of time of the actual publication of that document.
