Adopted CPAM-06-02 as proposed by the staff, amended to remove the nine holes of golf as requested by Comm. Rocco, for Exhibit No. 24, the GNP, to be contained within with accept able language that was discussed, and adopt Ordinance No. 2007-06. (4-1) Approved the Development Order with the noted changes to be effectuated by the staff, including direction to the staff to make potential revisions to any items that were consistent with those changes, subject to the Chairman's scrutiny and approval.
