are available for U.S. Citizens at the Spring Hill (Forest Oaks) Branch
Office. Per statute, an additional $6.25 is charged on each transaction.
Driving tests available on Wednesdays by appointment only. To make an

Per Florida Statute an additional fee of $6.25 is charged on
each transaction. Non US citizens, Hazmat, and driving tests processing are
available Monday - Friday by appointment only, for all other services walk
ins are welcome.

*Beginning January 1, 2010, Florida will have new documentation requirements
for residents renewing or obtaining a new driver license or identification
card. For office visits, you must bring original documents that prove your
identity, social security number and residential address.
